The legal voters of Colchester Fire District No. 1 (Winooski Park) in the Town of Colchester, Vermont are hereby warned and invited to meet in the Hoehl Welcome Center on the campus of Saint Michael’s College in Winooski Park on Monday, 25 January 2010, at 7:00 pm.  The agenda for the District’s 73rd annual meeting is as follows:

1.  Elect a moderator.
2.  Accept the minutes of the 2009 Annual Meeting.
3.  Receive Clerk’s annual report.
4.  Accept Treasurer’s annual report.
5.  Set the total amount for annual compensation for District officers.
6.  Elect an eligible voter to a three-year term (2010-12) on the Prudential Committee.
7.  Elect a District Clerk to a one-year term.
8.  Elect a District Treasurer to a one-year term.
9.  Set the District tax rate for 2010.
10. Set the date for the next Annual Meeting: Monday, 24 January 2011.
11. Other appropriate business.
12. Adjourn.
